Korri Star

Korri Star builds a B2B ordering portal with White Stork to put 82,000 parts in front of its customers

Korri Star is an auto-parts wholesaler in the UAE, selling through two companies: Lebanese Europe in Sharjah and Auto Power FZE in the Jebel Ali Free Zone.

A trade counter at night, its order screens lit above the counter.
  • 82,000parts online
  • 2companies, two ERP databases, one cart
  • 4 weeksfrom kickoff to go-live

Two companies, two ERP databases and a catalog of 82,000 parts that trade customers could only order by phone.

Challenge

Korri Star sells auto parts through two companies: Lebanese Europe, a wholesaler in Sharjah, and Auto Power FZE in the Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Each company runs in its own database of the group’s ERP, with its own items, stock and prices. 19,097 part codes exist in both databases, carrying different data in each.

The group wanted its trade customers to browse the full catalog — about 82,000 part codes across the two companies — check stock and order online, on one condition: the ERP stays the master.

White Stork could read from it over a read-only connection across a VPN, and never write back to it.

A customer also had to be able to fill one cart from both companies, even though each company’s ERP needs its own order.

The schedule was four weeks.

Solution

Results

The portal went live on 31 August 2026, four weeks after kickoff.

  • Trade customers now order from about 82,000 parts across both companies in one place, with stock refreshed every two hours and prices taken straight from the ERP.

  • Both ERP databases still run exactly as they did before: the portal only reads from them. A mixed cart is one request for the customer and one order per company in the ERP.
