Amal Shark builds a loyalty app and gift store with White Stork for Decovolt’s trade network

Decovolt’s trade network decides which brand goes into each job, and Amal Shark had no direct way to reward it.

Challenge

Technicians install Decovolt products, and distributors and agents sell them.

Amal Shark’s rewards to these people were informal arrangements: hard to track, easy to dispute, and unable to grow with the network.

The company wanted a points program every member could check for themselves, with different privileges for technicians, distributors and agents.

Points had to buy real gifts, without promising one that isn’t in stock. The marketing and operations team had to be able to change rules, gifts and messages on their own, and sign-in had to be a phone number and a code, with no email and no password.

Solution

Results

Decovolt now has a direct digital channel to its trade network, and every member has a points record they can check in place of informal arrangements.

  • The team changes tiers, limits, gifts, banners and app messages without asking a developer, and members are never promised a gift the warehouse doesn’t have.
